bkkd Terms and Conditions

bkkd (referred to hereafter as "the Platform" or "we") provides an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and bkkd.

You can move up to a higher tier through regular play and active participation on the platform.

5.1 Game Operation

All games on bkkd are operated through fair and transparent technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and neither party — bkkd or the player — can control these outcomes.

5.2 Technical Errors

In the event of incorrect wins or losses resulting from a technical error, bkkd reserves the right to make a final decision. If any system error or unusual activity is detected, the related transaction may be cancelled.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software or bot to operate games.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Coordinating dishonestly with other players.
• Using fraudulent transaction methods.

5.4 Game Suspension or Cancellation

bkkd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any game or bet due to technical reasons, data errors, or other sufficient cause. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

10.2 Closure by the Player
